Import

Keep the reviews you already earned

  • In Settings › Import reviews, pick the app you are moving from and upload its CSV export. Column names from common review apps are recognised automatically.
  • For any other spreadsheet, a four-step wizard maps columns, picks the product identifier and matches rows to products.
  • Every import is logged, and rows that could not be imported can be downloaded with the reason.
  • Imported reviews keep an Imported source, so you can filter them in the Reviews inbox.

Export

Your data stays portable

  • Export reviews, customer questions and review requests as CSV.
  • Export only the reviews selected in the inbox, or everything in the current view.
