Publishing rules
Automatic where you trust it, manual where you don't
- Automatically publish eligible reviews, with a minimum rating. Lower-rated reviews wait for your approval.
- Spam protection, personal-information protection and a profanity filter are on by default.
- Add up to 20 blocked terms of your own.
- Optionally reject unsafe submissions with a clear error instead of saving them for review.
The inbox
Fast, filtered moderation
- Tabs for all, pending, product, store, spam and archived reviews.
- Filters for status, source, rating, review type (rating only, with replies, with media, verified) and tags, plus search and sorting.
- Bulk publish, hide with a reason, tag, export, delete or mark as spam, for a selection or every review in the current view.
- Email notifications for reviews that need moderation, and alerts for low-star reviews at a threshold you choose.
