These terms govern use of Sofcy Reviews. By installing or using the app, the merchant confirms that they are authorized to act for the connected store and will use the service lawfully.

Merchant responsibilities

• Provide accurate store, sender, and customer-facing information.
• Send review requests only when legally permitted.
• Moderate content and configure rewards without misleading shoppers.
• Protect account access and promptly report suspected misuse.

Service and billing

Available features depend on the active Shopify-managed plan. Shopify displays and processes applicable charges, trials, plan changes, and cancellations. The service may change to maintain security, compatibility, or legal compliance.

Content and acceptable use

Merchants retain responsibility for content they collect, import, publish, or share. The app must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.
