Sofcy Reviews processes store, product, order, reviewer, review, request, and app-session data only to provide review collection, moderation, display, analytics, rewards, and merchant-configured integrations.

Data we process

• Store and product identifiers needed to connect reviews to products.
• Order and fulfillment evidence needed to schedule requests and verify permitted purchases.
• Reviewer name, email, review content, ratings, questions, replies, and communication preferences supplied through the app.
• App settings, delivery events, audit records, and aggregate analytics.

How data is used

Data is used to authenticate merchants, deliver requested app features, send merchant-configured review requests, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain service security. Sofcy Reviews does not sell personal data.

Storage, sharing, and security

Access is limited to the store that supplied the data. Sensitive reviewer identifiers are encrypted or keyed for lookup. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the app or when required by law.

Your choices

Merchants can export or delete app data. Reviewers can unsubscribe from request emails. Shopify privacy requests for access, customer erasure, and shop erasure are handled through mandatory compliance webhooks.
