Steps

From question to published answer

   Get notified

   Keep Notify me when a new question is posted on in Settings › Admin notifications.

   Answer from the inbox

   Open Reviews › Customer questions and answer. Answering a pending question publishes it.

   Write for the next shopper

   Answer the specific question, then add the detail the next person will need.

   Add FAQ blocks

   Add Product FAQs to the product template and Store FAQs to your reviews or help page.

5. 05

   Improve the product page

   If the same question keeps coming, add the answer to the product description as well.
