What it does
Answer once, help every later shopper
- An Ask a question button in the review widget; questions appear in Reviews › Customer questions.
- Answering a pending question publishes it, and the shopper who asked can be emailed the answer.
- Product FAQs and Store FAQs blocks show answered questions as an accordion.
- Questions can be moderated, edited, imported and exported by CSV.
- You can be notified by email whenever a new question is posted.
