What it does
Ask when the moment is right
- Request a review: choose a product and enter the customer's name and email. The email carries a signed link with the name and email already filled in.
- Request reviews for orders fulfilled before you installed the app.
- Copy a review link or download a QR code for a product, for packaging inserts, receipts or in-store signs.
- Ask a customer to update an existing review with a signed link, by email or copied to share yourself.
Good practice
Ask the people who bought
- Send manual requests only to customers who bought or used the product.
- Do not ask only the customers you expect to be happy. Selective asking skews your rating and can break consumer protection rules in some markets.
