What it does
A thank-you that brings customers back
- Choose a percentage or fixed-amount discount, its value and how many days it stays valid.
- Choose which reviews earn a reward: text only, with a photo, or with a video. Each review counts at its highest media tier.
- The app creates the discount in Shopify and sends the code in the coupon reward email.
- You can also create a coupon for one review from its menu in the inbox.
Good practice
Reward the review, not the rating
- Offer the same reward whatever the star rating. Rewarding only positive reviews is misleading and is prohibited in many markets.
- Say in your request email that a reward is offered, so shoppers reading the reviews are not misled.
