The embeds
Reviews that follow the shopper
- Floating tab: a Reviews tab fixed to the edge of the screen that opens a panel of reviews.
- Pop-up widget: shows a review after a delay you choose, and closes with one tap.
- Reviews in cart drawer: shows reviews of the products in the cart inside your theme's cart drawer.
- The floating tab and pop-up have in-app customisers in Settings › Widgets. Each embed is switched on in the theme editor under App embeds.
Before you launch
Keep them out of the way
- On a phone, check that neither the tab nor the pop-up covers Add to cart, checkout or a chat button.
- Give the pop-up a delay long enough that it does not interrupt the first look at a page.
- Open your cart drawer with one and several items to confirm the reviews sit below the line items and above checkout.
